The LI LIVE VIP Program.
Our VIP Program is the ultimate personal training experience. We take the time to really get to know you and your goals and customize a program just for you. We cover a variety of specializations and can work with almost every situation.
YOUR FITNESS PROGRAM
No person is the same. Because of this, no VIP training program is the same. We ensure that each workout you do will get you one step closer to your goal. A typical program will include strength training, core work, and some cardio. We also include some stretching at the beginning of each session for optimal movement and reducing the risk of injury.
YOUR TRAINER
Your trainer is your #1 cheerleader. They will be with you on your journey from the very beginning. You can come to them with any questions you may have. Your trainer will be assigned to you based on your goals and schedule, as well as their field of specialization and expertise. This ensures you are working with someone who can relate to you and give you the best advice for in and out of the gym.
NUTRITION
Your program includes expert nutritional guidance. Your trainer will work with you every month to ensure you're eating the right amount of calories and nutrients for your exercise program to optimize your results.
Track Your Progress
We all have a favored way to track the results of your hard work. Your trainer will regularly record progress for you using metrics that you choose. From circumference measurements to performance metrics or progress photos, together we figure out which metrics make the most sense for your goals.
