Our HIIT Program is a hybrid of bodyweight exercises and strength training in a circuit format that gets you in and out in just 30 minutes!

The workouts featured in the HIIT Program are scalable to every fitness level. Whether you’re a seasoned gym goer or a beginner, exercises are modified to be appropriately challenging as well as safe.
Get better results with our NEW monthly program: same exercises every week for 4 weeks. gives the opportunity to build and make progress in performance while still keeping you engaged by changing things up every month. Muscle groups/schedule will continue to change weekly for ease of access to the client.

Always have a Certified Personal Trainer working with you to guide you through each and every exercise, help with form, and motivate you. The small group setup for our HIIT workouts ensures an optimal trainer-to-client ratio.
